About the Role
Aurora is building the future of safe, efficient self-driving technology, and our OneTech Security Product Management team is focused on embedding security across Aurora’s products—software, hardware, and services. As a Staff Technical Product & Program Manager for Security, you’ll help drive security programs that keep our systems resilient as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Own security product and program planning across technical teams, aligning roadmaps with business and engineering priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution to deliver security improvements in software, hardware, and services.
- Translate security requirements into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive program health through risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to define technical direction and ensure delivery against commitments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical product and/or program manager in security, software, or infrastructure domains.
- Strong ability to collaborate with engineering teams and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Comfort working with technical concepts related to secure systems, threat modeling, and risk-based planning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
