About the Role
Scout Motors is building the next chapter of an iconic American brand—combining electrification, digital innovation, and American ingenuity. We’re looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to help lead complex technical programs and drive cross-functional execution from planning through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own program planning, execution, and delivery for technical initiatives across engineering and partner teams
- Coordinate schedules, milestones, and dependencies to ensure on-time progress
- Translate technical requirements into actionable plans, risks, and status reporting
- Drive alignment across stakeholders, including engineering, product, and operations
- Identify program risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Support continuous improvement of program management processes and tooling
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex technical programs in a fast-moving environment
- Strong ability to work across functions and influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience with program planning, milestone tracking, and risk management
- Comfort working with technical teams and understanding program impacts at a systems level
