About the Role
SpaceX is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager for Starlink’s Channel Partner program. In this individual contributor position, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for complex enterprise agreements—from contract signature and activation through ongoing account growth. Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end, guiding onboarding, day-to-day management, and long-term expansion
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clarify expectations, and identify new revenue opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and partner internally to address product, technology, and process pain points
- Monitor readiness, risks, schedules, and payments to ensure revenue targets are met on time
- Develop subject matter expertise to help shape regional strategy and implement process improvements that enable team scale
- Continuously track account health, including payment status, product performance, support issues, contract compliance, and relationship quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; or high school diploma/equivalency plus 6+ years of professional experience in business development, operations, engineering, or account management
- 3+ years of consulting or project management experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting customers for a technical product or service
- Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends when needed for critical milestones
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and meetings as required
- Eligibility to meet ITAR requirements (e.g., U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency, or authorization through the U.S. Department of State)
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships through empathy, active listening, and resilience
- Technical familiarity with Starlink or telecommunications concepts (satellites, ground networks, user terminals, or similar)
- Capability to translate complex customer needs into clear, actionable solutions
- Strong business judgment and communication skills, including negotiation and presenting at all levels
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $115,000 - $150,000 per year
- Potential for long-term incentives (company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards), discretionary bonuses, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan
