About the Role
As a Stock Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch, you’ll help keep merchandise moving smoothly—from the stockroom to the sales floor—so the store looks great and customers have a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain merchandising flow by replenishing and supporting presentation standards throughout the store
- Support the stockroom with receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory readiness
- Help ensure the sales floor is stocked, clean, and organized according to store guidelines
- Communicate with the team to keep priorities clear during busy periods
- Follow asset protection practices to help reduce shrink
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational expectations
- Participate in training and support ongoing development
Requirements

Schedule Notes
Stock Associates typically work 3–4 shifts per week (about 4–5 hours per shift) and may be scheduled for most Saturdays and some Sundays, especially during peak holiday periods.
