About the Role
Modern Health is seeking a Strategic Finance and Pricing Lead to help shape how we set pricing strategy and drive sustainable growth. You’ll partner across teams to translate business goals into financial plans, improve decision-making, and ensure our pricing approach supports long-term value for employers and their employees.
Responsibilities
- Own pricing strategy development, including scenario modeling and analysis to support executive decisions
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to forecast revenue, evaluate tradeoffs, and refine financial plans
- Develop and maintain pricing and profitability insights using financial data and performance reporting
- Support deal and commercial planning by providing financial guidance on structures, assumptions, and outcomes
- Continuously improve financial frameworks, tooling, and processes to increase speed and accuracy of analysis
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance strategy, pricing, or commercial finance (experience in SaaS or benefits/healthcare is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced modeling and forecasting ability
- Comfort working with ambiguity and partnering with multiple teams to align on priorities
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience building dashboards, reports, or repeatable analysis workflows
