About the Role
Join Balfour Beatty in supporting one of the most ambitious sustainability initiatives—helping deliver the Net Zero Teesside project. This first-of-a-kind, fully integrated gas-fired power station with carbon capture and storage is a key driver toward making Teesside a decarbonised industrial cluster.
We’re looking to connect with experienced Sub Agents who are interested in current and future opportunities across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of project works as part of the wider construction team and consortium partners
- Help coordinate site activities to support safe, efficient progress
- Assist with day-to-day management of subcontractor and work package activities
- Contribute to maintaining quality standards and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience working as a Sub Agent or in a closely related construction site role
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site delivery expectations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and external stakeholders
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
