About the Role
Turner Construction is seeking a Superintendent to support commercial construction projects. This position requires travel and location flexibility, with initial assignments that may extend beyond the Kansas City metro. Project sites will vary based on business needs, so the ability to work in different locations is essential.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations to keep projects moving safely and efficiently
- Coordinate field activities with internal teams and subcontractors
- Support schedule adherence, quality standards, and overall project execution
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and jobsite organization
Requirements
- Experience as a Superintendent or in a comparable leadership role on complex construction projects
- Willingness to travel and work at varying project locations as required
- Preferred experience in one or more sectors such as sports/entertainment, data centers (mission critical), healthcare, or light industrial facilities
- Ability to transfer skills from similarly complex construction environments
