About the Role

Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is seeking a Management & Program Analyst to support OT Internal Business Operations within the Operational Technology (OT) Services organization. In this role, you’ll act as an analyst, advisor, and project manager, providing technical support and research services to help plan, organize, manage, integrate, and evaluate programs and activities that support BPA’s mission.

Responsibilities

  • Support projects, programs, strategies, systems, processes, and initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
  • Serve as a technical lead for administrative analytical and evaluative work related to organizational activities and issues
  • Provide operational and administrative assistance across planning, coordination, and program management efforts
  • Evaluate program performance and recommend improvements to support management and administration needs

Requirements

  • Experience conducting management analysis and program evaluation to support operational goals
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical analytical work and advise stakeholders
  • Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of research and assessment methods used to improve processes and outcomes
