About the Role
Microsoft’s Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is expanding to support the hardware infrastructure behind Cloud and AI growth. As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll help deliver an industry-leading supply chain that enables large-scale datacenter operations worldwide, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing support, delivery, and lifecycle services.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain execution across plan, source, make, and deliver for cloud infrastructure.
- Manage supportability needs, including spares planning and readiness for datacenter operations.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and support responsible lifecycle management for datacenter assets.
- Coordinate decommissioning activities and ensure smooth transitions across asset lifecycles.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure supply continuity for large-scale online services.
Requirements
- Experience managing supply chain programs and cross-functional operations in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of planning, sourcing, and delivery processes for complex infrastructure or manufacturing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results at scale.
- Proven collaboration skills across technical and operational teams.
