About the Role
SpaceX is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Manager to help build an agile, reliable supply chain that supports the Starship program. You’ll lead planning efforts that connect procurement, fulfillment, supplier performance, logistics, and inventory—enabling SpaceX to scale while maintaining quality and execution speed.
Responsibilities
- Own supply chain planning activities to support Starship growth and operational targets
- Coordinate planning across procurement, logistics, and inventory to ensure timely material availability
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain service levels and reduce supply risk
- Support supplier development and quality initiatives to improve performance and reliability
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain planning, operations planning, or related roles
- Strong understanding of procurement-to-fulfillment processes, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to solve problems and improve execution
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to guide planning decisions
