About the Role
Join NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk as a Supply Systems Analyst supporting the Material Management Department (MMD). You will help ensure aviation material operations run with high quality, reliable data, and full program compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing analysis of aviation support branch material operations and work practices to improve quality and reliability
- Establish and monitor organizational segments to measure program compliance and work quality
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze program data to develop reporting for supervisors and program managers
- Perform audit and sampling activities on-site at assigned locations supporting Aviation Supply Branch operations
- Present findings using written materials and data visualizations, including charts, graphs, spreadsheets, and automated system reports
Requirements
- Experience working with supply, logistics, or material management data and operational metrics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret program compliance and performance indicators
- Proficiency creating and communicating results through reports, charts, and spreadsheets
- Ability to conduct on-site audits and sampling at assigned locations
