About the Role
Join our team as a Tableau Specialist, helping turn complex, raw data into clear, actionable insights. This hybrid role supports RADaR office locations across Kansas City, Columbia, and St. Louis, with a schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home.
You’ll partner with client strategists to define KPIs, spot meaningful trends, and deliver visual narratives that support smarter business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations for business and client stakeholders
- Architect and maintain the data models that power reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with strategists to translate business goals into measurable KPIs
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to guide decision-making
- Design dashboards that are clear, engaging, and easy to use
Requirements
- Strong Tableau experience, including dashboard development
- Ability to design and support data models behind Tableau reporting
- Experience working with KPIs and translating business needs into analytics
- Comfort communicating insights through visual storytelling
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship
