About the Role
TriHealth is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support hiring initiatives across our healthcare organization. Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from sourcing through selection
- Support interview scheduling, communication, and timely updates for candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and support reporting on hiring progress
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and best practices
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR functions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal partners
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple open roles
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and recruiting workflows
