About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned openings, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal HR to attract top candidates. You’ll also build relationships with community organizations and other sourcing partners to support long-term hiring needs, with a strong focus on technical and field roles.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, from sourcing through offer and close
- Develop and test creative recruiting strategies using both traditional and non-traditional sourcing channels
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand role needs, timelines, and candidate profiles
- Utilize approved recruiting venues to identify qualified candidates across all levels
- Strengthen external and internal recruiting relationships to improve pipeline quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technical roles and/or field positions (renewables preferred)
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, HR, and community partners
- Ability to create and execute sourcing plans that generate qualified candidate pipelines
