About the Role
Suvoda is a global clinical trial technology company helping sponsors and site teams manage the logistical complexity of mission-critical, time-sensitive patient interactions. As a Technical Consultant I, you’ll support clients and project teams by applying clinical trial knowledge, relevant regulations, and an understanding of Suvoda’s software and processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with assigned clients and project teams to support successful delivery
- Apply clinical trial industry and regulatory understanding to guide technical decisions
- Use Suvoda product and workflow knowledge to help ensure actions don’t unintentionally impact system data
- Work with end-users and client stakeholders to support effective use of Suvoda systems
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the clinical trial environment and regulatory fundamentals
- Ability to learn Suvoda software products and operational processes quickly
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data integrity and patient-safety impact
- Effective communication skills for working with clients, end-users, and internal teams
