About the Role
Join MongoDB’s Premium Services team as a Technical Services Engineer supporting Named Accounts. You’ll use strong troubleshooting and customer-first communication to advise customers and help resolve complex MongoDB challenges across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve technical issues for enterprise customers using deep MongoDB expertise
- Advise customers on MongoDB best practices and ecosystem components, including the database server, drivers, and management tools
- Support and troubleshoot MongoDB services such as Cloud Manager and MongoDB Atlas
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive solutions and improve customer outcomes
Requirements
- Proven technical experience with one or more MongoDB ecosystem areas (server, drivers, management suite, or related services)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
- Customer service mindset with initiative and teamwork
- Experience supporting production environments is preferred
Work Location
This role is hybrid and open to candidates based in San Francisco or Palo Alto.
