About the Role

We’re looking for a Technician III to support and maintain systems that keep Zūm’s mobility operations running smoothly. You’ll help troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and ensure equipment and related technology perform at the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues to restore service quickly
• Perform preventive maintenance and required repairs in accordance with established procedures
• Install, configure, and test components as needed to support operations
• Document work performed, including findings, actions taken, and outcomes
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate recurring issues and support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Hands-on technical experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of operational systems
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety and quality standards
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness matters
• Basic computer skills for logging and tracking service activity
