About the Role
Compass Group USA is seeking a Technology Controls and Compliance Analyst to help strengthen our technology risk management and compliance posture. In this role, you’ll support the policies, processes, and evidence needed to meet internal and external compliance requirements while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist with evaluating technology controls and compliance requirements across systems and business processes
- Support control testing activities, including gathering and validating documentation/evidence
- Help monitor remediation efforts and track progress to closure
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure controls are designed and operating effectively
- Contribute to reporting on control status, gaps, and risk trends
Requirements
- Experience supporting technology controls, audit readiness, or compliance programs
- Knowledge of common frameworks and control concepts (e.g., SOC, ISO, NIST, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and evidence
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and communicating findings clearly
