About the Role
SynergenX is hiring a full-time Telehealth Provider (FNP or PA) to deliver care to patients across Texas. This is a fully remote W-2 role focused on evidence-based hormone optimization and overall wellness, with a primary emphasis on women’s hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight loss. You’ll also evaluate and manage male patients as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth evaluations, diagnosis, and ongoing medical management for hormone-related conditions
- Develop individualized care plans focused on prevention, wellness, and quality of life
- Manage women’s HRT programs, including comprehensive hormone monitoring and adjustment
- Assess and support medical weight loss goals as part of the overall treatment strategy
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, patient-centered follow-up
Requirements
- Active Texas license as an FNP or PA
- Current Texas DEA registration
- Experience or strong interest in hormone optimization, preventive care, and wellness medicine
- Compassionate, patient-focused communication and clinical decision-making
