Therapy Technician (Physical & Occupational Therapy) – Entry-Level | Onsite (Astoria, NY)

About the Role

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is looking for a qualified, compassionate Therapy Technician to support our Astoria–Broadway clinic. In this role, you’ll help ensure patients receive excellent care and a welcoming experience while working under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas and gather equipment and materials for patient sessions
• Perform designated procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist
• Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence
• Provide 5-star customer service and support a positive patient experience
• Collaborate with the team to foster a strong, community-focused clinic environment
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and team members
