About the Role
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is hiring a Therapy Technician to support patient care at our Columbus Circle clinic in New York. In this role, you’ll help prepare treatment areas, set up equipment, and assist with procedures under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms by setting up the space, gathering supplies, and ensuring readiness for patient care
- Collect and organize clinical equipment and materials for daily sessions
- Assist with procedures as directed by a Physical or Occupational Therapist
- Deliver a high standard of clinical excellence while providing 5-star customer service
- Collaborate with the team to create a supportive, community-focused environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
