About the Role
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is looking for a dedicated Therapy Technician to support patient care at our Jackson Heights clinic in Queens, NY. In this role, you’ll help prepare treatment areas, set up equipment, and assist with patient procedures under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Prepare therapy treatment areas and gather equipment and materials before patient sessions
- Support therapist-led procedures under direct supervision
- Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence while delivering 5-star customer service
- Contribute to a collaborative, community-focused environment for patients and team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
