Therapy Technician (Physical/Occupational Therapy) - Entry Level | Onsite

About the Role

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is looking for a dedicated Therapy Technician to support patient care at our Ridgewood location in Queens. In this role, you’ll help prepare treatment areas, coordinate materials, and perform assigned procedures under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare treatment spaces for patient sessions
• Gather equipment and clinical materials as directed
• Assist with procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist
• Deliver a high level of clinical support while maintaining 5-star customer service
• Collaborate with the team to help create a supportive community for patients and staff
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude
