About the Role
Daniels Health is hiring a hands-on Transportation Supervisor to lead our driver team at our medical waste treatment facility in El Cajon, CA. In this fast-paced, service-driven role, you’ll help ensure safe operations, strong daily execution, and continuous improvement across transportation activities.
Responsibilities
- Support daily pre-departure readiness, including loading and coordination for route execution
- Lead, coach, and motivate drivers to deliver reliable, high-quality service
- Monitor safety practices and operational compliance throughout the transportation process
- Help drive operational efficiency by identifying issues early and supporting corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs between treatment, handling, and transportation
Requirements
- Supervisory or leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or a related operations environment
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance in day-to-day execution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping teams organized and focused
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
