University Recruiter (Campus Recruiting) - Full-Time - Hybrid

About the Role

Join Gartner HR as a University Recruiter and help power our continued growth by attracting top university talent. You’ll represent the Gartner brand on campus and coordinate end-to-end campus recruiting efforts—from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus and university recruitment strategy, logistics, and execution
• Serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Gartner at recruiting events
• Partner with university leaders and professors to strengthen relationships and pipelines
• Support planning and execution of campus programming to identify and engage strong candidates

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or campus hiring is preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate logistics and manage multiple recruiting priorities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
