About the Role

Reimagined Parking is hiring a Valet Parking Attendant for Resorts World New York. In this role, you’ll park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently while delivering a welcoming, professional experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full valet experience, including greeting guests and coordinating vehicle pickup and return
• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly while following established safety procedures
• Provide courteous, caring customer service and respond quickly to guest needs
• Work with team members and shift leaders to support smooth operations and service quality
• Follow safety standards and comply with applicable state and local laws

Requirements

• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, professional approach
• Ability to work varying shifts, including daytime and overnight opportunities
• Reliability and attention to safety during vehicle handling
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
