VAT Compliance Analyst (Tax) | Hybrid Work Mode

About the Role

The Pokémon Company International is seeking a VAT Compliance Analyst to support tax compliance activities for the business. In this role, you’ll help ensure accurate VAT reporting and support internal processes that keep our compliance standards strong.

Responsibilities

• Assist with VAT compliance tasks, including data collection, validation, and preparation of required filings
• Support review of transactions and VAT-related documentation to help maintain accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information needed for reporting and compliance
• Monitor changes in relevant VAT requirements and help document impacts to internal processes
• Maintain organized records and support audits or compliance inquiries as needed

Requirements

• Experience supporting VAT or indirect tax compliance (or a strong tax background with VAT focus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex transaction data
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic reporting workflows
• Clear communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional partners
