Vice President, Information Security (VP) | Enterprise Security Strategy | Hybrid

About the Role

Procare Solutions is seeking a senior information security leader to build and execute our enterprise-wide security strategy, strengthen our security culture, and guide programs that protect our platforms, data, and customers. Reporting to the CTO, you will help shape how security is embedded across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Procare’s information security strategy, roadmap, and operating model across the enterprise
• Establish security programs, policies, and standards aligned to business needs and risk
• Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and security governance to improve resilience and reduce exposure
• Partner with technology, product, and operations leaders to integrate security into delivery and operations
• Oversee incident response readiness, coordinate response activities, and drive continuous improvement after events
• Develop and communicate security metrics and reporting for executive stakeholders
• Build and mentor security talent and foster a strong security-first culture

Requirements

• Proven experience leading enterprise information security programs at a senior level
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, governance, and risk management
• Experience with incident response planning and security operations
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and translate security priorities into actionable plans
• Demonstrated leadership in building security culture, policies, and measurable outcomes
