About the Role
Unite Us is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations to lead the strategy and execution of our end-to-end revenue engine. You will partner closely with executive leadership to design, optimize, and scale how we go to market, win customers, expand relationships, and strengthen our partner and network ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue operations strategy, processes, systems, and performance insights across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and strategic partnerships
- Drive customer lifecycle operations to ensure a seamless journey from acquisition through expansion
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve go-to-market execution and operational efficiency
- Develop and scale reporting, analytics, and decision-support capabilities to enable data-driven leadership
- Identify, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows that support complex customer relationships
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in Revenue Operations (or closely related functions such as Sales Ops, BizOps, or RevOps)
- Strong ability to design and scale systems, processes, and performance measurement across multiple teams
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing strategy through data and operational insight
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and cross-functional revenue planning
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-growing, complex environments
