About the Role
Join our Staples World Class Supply Chain team as a Warehouse Shipping/Picker Associate. This full-time 1st shift role supports the timely delivery of essential products to customers by preparing orders accurately and following safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and on time to meet daily production goals
- Restock and prep work areas by scanning labels, cutting boxes, and replenishing shelves
- Select product, pull and pack totes, and cut cases as needed for bulk selection
- Move full totes and cases to the appropriate conveyor or staging area
- Follow all safety procedures, including when picking above ground level
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment and meet production targets
- Comfort working with orders, labels, and basic packing tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Availability Monday through Friday during the 1st shift (8:00am–4:30pm)
