About the Role
Romark Logistics is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This fully on-site leadership role places you at the center of workflow, supporting your team, driving performance, and maintaining a safe, efficient workplace.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to meet daily operational goals
- Provide hands-on support to ensure smooth receiving, storage, and distribution processes
- Lead and develop team members through coaching and performance management
- Monitor productivity and quality, adjusting workflows as needed
- Enforce safety procedures and help maintain a clean, compliant work environment
Requirements
- Proven warehouse leadership experience in a distribution or logistics setting
- Strong knowledge of safe warehouse practices and operational best practices
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results
- Comfort working on-site and supporting hands-on daily operations
- Schedule availability: Thursday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
