About the Role
We’re seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth in landscape and snow removal while building long-term client relationships. You’ll manage a portfolio of customers in assigned geographic markets, support sales efforts, and ensure clients remain satisfied as services are delivered.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Director of Operations and Director of Business Development to pursue and develop new opportunities
- Provide account management for assigned customers, including sales presentations and ongoing customer support
- Own contract renewals and service agreement renewals for your client portfolio
- Maintain the customer relationship after a sale, ensuring a positive experience throughout service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and account management
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage relationships
- Comfort presenting to customers and working through contract renewal cycles
