Account Management New Business Development Customer Service Sales Presentations Contract Renewals

About the Role

We’re seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth in landscape and snow removal while building long-term client relationships. You’ll manage a portfolio of customers in assigned geographic markets, support sales efforts, and ensure clients remain satisfied as services are delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Director of Operations and Director of Business Development to pursue and develop new opportunities
  • Provide account management for assigned customers, including sales presentations and ongoing customer support
  • Own contract renewals and service agreement renewals for your client portfolio
  • Maintain the customer relationship after a sale, ensuring a positive experience throughout service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and account management
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage relationships
  • Comfort presenting to customers and working through contract renewal cycles
