About the Role

GlossGenius is expanding its outbound sales engine, and we’re looking for an Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle for a book of outbound prospects. You’ll focus on service businesses with 2+ providers and help them see more revenue from every appointment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end outbound sales process, from discovery through close
  • Run product discovery to understand each prospect’s goals and appointment workflow
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline for a defined set of outbound accounts
  • Partner with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and deal execution
  • Drive new customer onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to implementation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales and full-cycle selling
  • Strong consultative discovery skills and ability to run effective sales conversations
  • Comfort working with sales metrics and managing a pipeline consistently
  • Experience selling to service-based businesses is a plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication
