About the Role
GlossGenius is expanding its outbound sales engine, and we’re looking for an Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle for a book of outbound prospects. You’ll focus on service businesses with 2+ providers and help them see more revenue from every appointment.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end outbound sales process, from discovery through close
- Run product discovery to understand each prospect’s goals and appointment workflow
- Build and manage the sales pipeline for a defined set of outbound accounts
- Partner with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and deal execution
- Drive new customer onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to implementation
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales and full-cycle selling
- Strong consultative discovery skills and ability to run effective sales conversations
- Comfort working with sales metrics and managing a pipeline consistently
- Experience selling to service-based businesses is a plus
- Clear written and verbal communication
