About the Role
Compass is looking for an Account Executive—also known as a Strategic Growth Manager—to help drive net-new revenue and accelerate growth. You’ll be the face of Compass’s Strategic Growth team, focused on bringing top-producing residential real estate agents to our platform.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by presenting the Compass value proposition across technology, marketing, culture, and growth
- Build relationships with top agents and guide them on why Compass is the right next step
- Drive agent acquisition by influencing agents to transition from their current brokerage
- Collaborate with internal teams to support market expansion and account growth
Requirements
- Proven ability to sell and close net-new revenue
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Experience in real estate sales or related client-facing roles is a plus
