About the Role
Join the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) to support statewide accountability efforts. In this role, you’ll help analyze education data that informs reporting and supports continuous improvement across school districts and schools.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, validate, and analyze accountability-related datasets to support CDE reporting needs
- Develop and maintain data extracts, reports, and documentation for stakeholders
- Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements to ensure accurate outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to interpret results and support data-driven decisions
Requirements
- Experience working with education, assessment, or large-scale accountability datasets
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, SQL, or BI/reporting platforms)
- Ability to ensure data accuracy through validation and quality checks
- Clear communication skills for translating findings into actionable insights
