About the Role
Stitch Fix is seeking a Lead Engineer to guide the technical direction for the Product Catalog Manager systems. You’ll help build the tools, workflows, and data models that support the end-to-end product lifecycle—from new style creation and catalog enrichment through readiness, validation, and downstream experiences.
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for systems powering the product data ecosystem
- Own complex engineering problems from discovery through delivery
- Design and improve data models, tools, and workflows for catalog enrichment and validation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enable reliable product readiness and downstream consumer experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering efforts on complex systems
- Strong background in building and evolving data models and data-driven workflows
- Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple stages of the product lifecycle
