About the Role
Scout Motors is seeking an ADAS Calibration and Validation Engineer to help bring advanced driver-assistance systems to life. You’ll work on the calibration and validation of perception and safety features that support a confident, capable driving experience.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate ADAS sensors and related systems to meet performance targets
- Validate system behavior using test plans, measurement methods, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and support root-cause investigations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability
- Document findings and maintain traceability from requirements to test outcomes
Requirements
- Experience with ADAS calibration and validation activities
- Strong understanding of sensor systems (e.g., cameras, radar, lidar) and calibration workflows
- Proficiency with data analysis and test/verification practices
- Ability to interpret results and communicate technical findings clearly
- Experience working in an automotive engineering environment is preferred
