About the Role

Ford’s Supply Chain Organization is building a Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver disciplined execution, uncover cross-functional interdependencies, and accelerate learning across enterprise initiatives. As a Project Manager - Tariff Analyst, you’ll help drive urgency and measurable progress on key supply chain projects in a rapidly evolving global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PMO initiatives by coordinating project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones
  • Analyze tariff-related factors and support decision-making for global supply chain activities
  • Identify and manage interdependencies across Supply Chain and enterprise stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to ensure disciplined execution
  • Track progress, surface risks, and support continuous improvement of project routines

Requirements

  • Experience managing projects in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret tariff and trade-related information
  • Proficiency in organizing work, managing priorities, and maintaining project documentation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Supply Chain and the broader enterprise
