About the Role
Black Hawk College is seeking adjunct, part-time instructors for the Mathematics Department for both developmental and transfer-level courses. This position is actively recruiting for the Fall 2025 semester.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective lessons, assignments, and learning activities that support student success
- Assess and evaluate student performance
- Maintain accurate classroom records and ensure instructional materials are organized and ready for use
- Support a positive learning environment in the classroom
Requirements
- M.A. or M.S. in Mathematics for developmental mathematics courses
Location
Quad Cities Campus in Moline, Illinois.
