About the Role
Join a mission-driven edtech team helping schools improve scheduling with AI-powered optimization. As a School Success Manager (Seasonal), you’ll support district and charter partners to ensure they get measurable value from the platform—saving time, improving schedule quality, and aligning resources to academic and staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Onboard school and district stakeholders and guide them through successful platform adoption
- Build strong relationships with scheduling teams and central office partners
- Support implementation activities, including training and best-practice sharing
- Monitor outcomes and help identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams to address partner needs and feedback
- Maintain clear communication and track progress throughout the seasonal engagement
Requirements
- Experience working in K-12 education, scheduling, operations, or a related school-based function
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Comfort learning new software and explaining workflows to non-technical users
- Ability to manage multiple partner priorities during a seasonal period
- Passion for improving outcomes for schools and educators
