About the Role
Join our operations team as an Administrative Assistant focused on permit research and application submission. This role supports customers from start to finish by identifying the correct permitting requirements, coordinating with U.S.-based stakeholders, and ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on time.
Please note: this is not a general administrative or data entry position. Success requires strong independent judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and clear English communication.
Responsibilities
- Research permit requirements using internal tools, AI resources, and official government sources
- Contact U.S. government offices via calls and written correspondence to confirm requirements
- Coordinate with customers and Operations Leads to gather needed information and documentation
- Prepare and submit permit applications on behalf of customers
- Track each project through completion and maintain organized records
Requirements
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to exercise independent judgment while following processes and guidelines
- Comfort working directly with U.S.-based Operations Leads and external government contacts
