About the Role
A&C Plastics is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our Houston, TX front office. This role blends customer-facing support with light administrative and accounting assistance to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Support front office operations to ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist internal teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide light accounting support and help maintain accurate office documentation
- Handle routine coordination tasks to keep schedules and office workflows on track
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic administrative aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to support light accounting tasks reliably
