About the Role
As an Adventure Zipline Supervisor, you’ll step in when the Adventure Manager is unavailable and take the lead on guest safety and day-to-day zipline operations. You’ll help ensure every guest has a safe, fun, and memorable experience while keeping the Adventure Outpost facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Lead and partner with team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Oversee zipline operations to maintain a safe, enjoyable atmosphere
- Support staffing and scheduling for zipline personnel and event readiness
- Assist with training, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching
- Help manage daily operations and financial/daily transactions
- Ensure the Adventure Outpost facility and team are prepared for guest safety and enjoyment
- Address guest concerns promptly and work to resolve issues
- Support onboarding by reviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, and partnering with HR on offers and orientation
Requirements
- Experience supervising or coordinating teams in a guest-facing operations environment
- Strong commitment to safety and risk awareness
- Ability to train, coach, and support performance improvement
- Comfort assisting with scheduling, onboarding, and basic financial/daily transaction processes
- Excellent communication skills with guests and internal teams
