About the Role
As the AMER Benefits Programs Manager, you’ll support the Benefits team in administering programs across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. You will own day-to-day benefits administration and ensure AMER benefits compliance, serving as a key point of contact for employee support.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration for eligible employees across AMER
- Own oversight of benefits compliance and ensure programs are administered correctly
- Administer core benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, COBRA, and short- and long-term disability
- Support retirement and related programs such as 401(k) administration and spending accounts
- Administer travel-related insurance benefits (Business Accident Travel and Medical Benefits Travel Insurance)
- Maintain relationships with global benefits providers, including employee assistance and family-inclusive and lifestyle spending accounts
- Provide responsive guidance and support to employees regarding benefits questions and issues
Requirements
- Experience administering employee benefits programs, including compliance and day-to-day operations
- Strong understanding of benefits administration processes and provider management
- Ability to support employees with clear, accurate, and timely communication
- Comfort working across multiple countries/regions (AMER) and coordinating with global stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
