Built is an AI-native platform transforming how real estate is financed, developed, and managed. We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders and teams with practical, people-first HR guidance—while staying curious about how AI can enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand team needs and translate them into effective HR strategies
- Support performance management, talent planning, and organizational development initiatives
- Advise on employee relations matters and help drive consistent, fair outcomes
- Collaborate with recruiting and people operations to improve hiring and onboarding experiences
- Identify trends in engagement and workforce needs, then recommend actionable improvements
Requirements
- Proven HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience supporting business teams
- Strong understanding of core HR practices, including performance and employee relations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across functions
- Curiosity about technology and how AI can positively impact people processes
