About the Role
As a Senior Manager for Global Payroll Transformation, you’ll lead payroll initiatives that strengthen compliance, improve equity and mobility programs, and modernize payroll operations worldwide. You’ll help drive continuous process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key payroll stakeholder across global projects involving compliance, equity, mobility, and payroll process change
- Identify root causes of operational challenges and partner with cross-functional teams to implement practical solutions
- Evaluate payroll systems, processes, and business requirements to optimize performance and scalability
- Build business cases and recommend strategic improvements to support transformation efforts
- Lead change initiatives across the global payroll function, from planning through implementation
Requirements
- Experience leading global payroll transformation or equivalent payroll operations/process improvement work
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven ability to analyze operational issues, define root causes, and drive improvements
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., HR, legal, finance, IT)
- Track record of developing business cases and leading implementation of change
