About the Role
Join our team to build foundational agentic data tooling that powers sales analytics and operational reporting. You’ll be responsible for the infrastructure behind dashboards, reports, and analytics models, partnering closely with Sales Operations and Analytics while collaborating with Software, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a semantic data warehouse layer on top of our data lake using Snowflake and dbt
- Architect scalable data solutions that make it easier to work with data through agentic processes
- Create and maintain data models and data agents in Snowflake, balancing analyst and engineering responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytics needs into reliable, reusable data assets
- Mentor and enable Analysts and Data Scientists through training, documentation, and best practices
Requirements
- Strong experience building analytics-ready data models in Snowflake
- Proficiency with dbt and semantic modeling concepts
- Comfort coding and modeling, with an engineering mindset for scalable solutions
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting analytics stakeholders through enablement, guidance, and iterative improvements
