About the Role
Senra Systems is looking for an apprentice to join our manufacturing team in Cypress, CA. You’ll help build wire harness assemblies and support high-throughput production for critical aerospace and defense applications.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture wire harnesses in a fast-paced environment
- Cut wires and prepare components for assembly
- Operate and support complex manufacturing equipment
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve the factory material process flow
- Assist with iterative improvements to assembly and production methods
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
- Comfort working on hands-on assembly tasks and operating shop equipment
- Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and quality expectations
- Ability to work effectively with a team in a production environment
