About the Role
B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is hiring an Area Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR function across eight hotel properties in the Dulles Region. This coordinator-level role provides HR generalist support and helps keep day-to-day people operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with compensation and benefits activities, including wage survey support to maintain competitive pay practices
- Provide HR generalist coordination across multiple properties, supporting managers and team members
- Help ensure HR processes and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Support routine HR initiatives related to hiring, onboarding, and employee support
- Coordinate HR-related requests and help route items to the appropriate HR resources when needed
Requirements
- Experience providing HR coordination or generalist support (hospitality experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple locations
- Spanish speaking/understanding is highly preferred
- Professional discretion and attention to detail
