About the Role
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll help lead the day-to-day operations of our branch while building a positive, service-first environment for customers and team members. You’ll support branch leadership in delivering reliable banking experiences and helping clients and local businesses move toward their goals.

- Assist with daily branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient service

- Support staff in meeting service and operational standards

Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing or financial services environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to support operational processes and service standards
